Indulge at Prudence is a place to rewind and regenerate.  Separated into two areas, it is home to the Swimming + Spa Pools and Day Spa + Shop.

The swimming pool is set within the tropical gardens off the private decking and lounging areas, all accessed directly from your room.  The Spa on the Kaitake deck has private views up to the Kaitake ranges.

The Day Spa and Boutique Shop are located in the main house with peaceful rural views up to a glimpse of the fifteenth hole of Kaitake Golf course and the peak of Mount Taranaki.

FACIALS

Facial cleanse, exfoliation, facial massage and customised mask. Also included is a relaxing shoulder, neck and scalp massage. These treatments focus on naturally improving and hydrating or nourishing the condition of the skin, enhancing its appearance.

MASSAGE

Stone Therapy 90 min – $155

The ultimate body treatment.  Hot stones are positioned along the meridian lines to warm the body, penetrating further to relax and soften tired muscles and tissue.

Swedish Relaxation 30 min – $55 / 60 min – $90 / 90 min – $130

This traditional relaxing massage enhances circulation, improves muscle tone, relieves tension and soothes tired muscles

Pregnancy 60 min – $90

A specialised massage to alleviate pressure at compressed joints and tense muscles, enhances lymph absorption and reduces swelling associated with pregnancy. Almond massage oil is used in this treatment.

REFLEXOLOGY

50 min – $80

Foot scrub and soak followed by gentle stimulation applied to the reflex points on the feet, energising, harmonising and improving circulation, dissolving any nervous tension – as practiced by classical Egyptian and Chinese healers.  Wonderfully relaxing.
